Structure function

The machine is composed of a paper conveying and waste part, a waste collecting part and a walking lock part.

The paper conveying waste part is conveyed by the conveying shaft through the imported PU round belt to form cardboard. During the conveying process, a vibrating bar causes the cardboard to vibrate at a high amplitude on the conveying belt to achieve the waste removal effect. In the waste collection and transportation section, there is a two-way waste collection and export plate to guide the waste burrs into the output belt, and the output belt is transported to the side of the machine to complete the waste collection and transportation function.

The walking locking part is composed of four walking pulleys to realize the opening and closing function of the machine and the host, which makes the operation more convenient. The locking part is composed of pneumatic components and a locking cylinder to form a fixed connection with the host during work.
